This website is owned and operated by Kilani Essence, an Australian-based artisan perfumery. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kilani Essence.

By using our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All fragrances are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in scent, colour, or presentation may occur due to the artisanal nature of our process — each batch is unique.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment gateways. We never store your card details.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, formulas, and branding — belongs to Kilani Essence. It may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Liability

Our products are created for personal use only. Kilani Essence is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or improper storage. Always perform a patch test before applying directly to the skin.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Our fragrances are created using high-quality raw materials, including both natural essential oils and aroma compounds.
All products comply with international safety standards and are produced in accordance with IFRA guidelines where applicable.

However:

  • Fragrance sensitivity varies by individual.

  • We recommend a small patch test before full use.

  • Keep fragrances away from heat, light, and children.

  • Kilani Essence shall not be held liable for misuse or allergic reaction.
