SEPTEMBER 1966. 50ML
September 1966 is a story of my mother and I, two lives, two eras, united through scent. She was born in 1966 and I in September, this fragrance honors the bond that has always guided me.
It begins bright and emotional: rhubarb and raspberry bursting with sweet energy, while petitgrain and pink pepper bring warmth and resilience, the strength she passed down to me.
Then the heart opens: heliotrope adds comfort like a familiar embrace, andthe scent of magnolia identical to the tree growing in my backyard, blooms with soft elegance.
Woven through it is Omani Frankincense, sacred and nostalgic, the scent of peace and spirituality my mother brought into our home.
At the base, incense and oud rise in smoky waves, deep, grounding, unforgettable.
As the story deepens, incense and oud rise. Smoky, sacred, and grounding.
That’s the part that feels like home, the scent of evenings when we’d burn oud and let the smoke fill the air, carrying quiet conversation and love unspoken.
For me, September 1966 is the bond between generations, the meeting point of her grace and my fire. It’s sweet, smoky, and timeless, the scent of where I come from and who I continue to be.
